Automotive overview
Karison manufactures sheet-metal stampings, wire frames, tubular parts and sunvisor/sunroof components for India’s leading OEMs. Units are strategically located at SIDCO Industrial Estate (Ambattur), Women’s Industrial Estate (Thirumullaivoyal) and SIPCOT Irungattukottai to stay close to customer assembly lines.

Sheet-metal stampings with dedicated welding cells.

Unit II – Wire Profiles & Frames (SIDCO Ambattur)
Core focus on S-springs, insert wires and complex seat frames.

- 3 S-spring SPM lines, pneumatic SPMs .
- Insert wire section: cutting machines, servo auto cutters, insert-forming SPMs, 10T forming presses.
Unit III – Sunvisor Frames (Women’s Industrial Estate, Thirumullaivoyal)
Dedicated to sunvisor wire frames and assembly.
- 2 × 75 KVA welding machines, 8 mm cutting machine.
- CNC wire bending machines & assembly lines.

Unit IV – Tube Bending, High Tonnage Press & Robot Welding (B69 SIPCOT, Irungattukottai)
Sunroof & structural pressings with integrated robotic welding.
